Lime Ridge is SMOKE-FREE as of September 8th, 2009.
In the Cadillac Fairview tradition of taking a leadership position with respect to socially conscious initiatives, in September 8, 2009 nine Cadillac Fairview properties including Lime Ridge launched a new Smoke-Free initiative. At Lime Ridge, smoking will be prohibited within a nine meter perimeter of the building, but excluding restaurant patios where legislation/leases permit and two designated smoking areas.
Cadillac Fairview is implementing the smoke-free initiative in response to requests from members of the public who have stated that they do not like having to pass through second-hand smoke before entering/exiting CF properties.
As the owner and manager of best in class shopping centres and office towers, CF is committed to providing its employees, tenants and customers with a healthy and welcoming experience as they enter and exit our properties.
Designated Smoking Areas
Area 1 - Main Entrance facing Upper Wentworth between Old Navy & Fox & Fiddle Restaurant
Area 2 - Back of Shopping Centre between the Lime Ridge Dental Office entrance and The Bombay customer pick up door.
