Need Strollers?
Effective August 16th, Lime Ridge is offering a more efficient guest experience for our families. We know that our guests' time is important and the new system will allow parents and caregivers to quickly access a stroller, without the need to fill out a lengthy waiver or wait in line for the next available representative. As a result, Lime Ridge will now be providing a new selection of safe and comfortable strollers through a self-serve vending system.
Self- serve vending strollers are available at the following locations:
Lower Level in front of The Barber Shop - 12 Single Strollers
Upper Level in front of Bell World - 12 Single Strollers and 9 Double Strollers
We have listened to guest feedback and have chosen to upgrade the quality of the strollers and move them to this location so that we can also increase the number of strollers available for use.
This convenient stroller program does have a cost and will be $5 to rent a single stroller and $7 to rent a double stroller allowing our guests to use them at the property for the entire day. The machine will accept credit cards, bills, loonies and toonies, with change-making capabilities. Upon return of the stroller, customers will receive a .50 rebate. A portion of Lime Ridge's revenue from the stroller rentals will be donated to McMaster Children's Hospital.

Lime Ridge Mall Walk Program
Get into shape in a climate that's never too cold or wet - The Lime Ridge - Mall Walk program is open to all who wish to participate. Participants of all ages can walk all year round!
In the colder weather walkers are more than welcome to leave their jackets folded at the Guest Services kiosk. We kindly ask that they are all picked up before the mall opens at 10 a.m.Monday through Friday, by 9:30am on Saturdays and 11:00am on Sundays. For more information please contact Guest Services.
Community Booth Bookings
The Community Booth is available to registered charities all year round. Groups may book for one day, a week or a weekend. Please contact our Assistant Guest Service Supervisor, Tamar Terzian at 905-387-4455 ext. 240 for information and bookings.
First Aid
Guest Services can assist you with your first aid needs. All Guest Service Representatives are certified in CPR/First Aid.
